Our method mirrors a creative atelier dedicated to personal development. Drawing upon decades of experience and training, we passionately commit to creating a nurturing space for your unique personal journey.
During the evening, it’s all about you. You determine the depth you wish to explore, because you are the creator. The beauty of being in a group lies in our powerful ability to amplify, mirror and support each other, as we navigate both individual and collective transformations.

Tania discovered yoga and holistic health in her youth. Through life's various experiences, she continually engages with yoga to find clarity, inner alignment and true power. Her projects blend core values from art, creativity, and mindfulness into a unique and internal journey of personal artistry.
